Working directly with founders and leadership, he shapes commercial strategies that clarify vision, galvanise teams and turn ambition into action. Bridging business and brand strategy, Garrett composes meaningful narratives, intelligent verbal identities, and creative expression across campaign and film direction—turning commercial objectives into cultural touchstones that captivate and connect with audiences. Previous roles include Strategic Creative Director at Made Thought, Strategy Director at Forpeople, and Strategist at Winkreative.

Luke is a multidisciplinary Creative Director focused on building brand worlds with precision, texture and emotional weight. His work is shaped by a strong sense of atmosphere and an intuitive feel for tone and context. Luke crafts visual identities that embody and elevate a brand’s strategic intent, and expertly deploys them across physical and digital. With deep knowledge of production and process, he brings brands to life through campaign, art direction and photography. Earlier roles include senior positions at Noë & Associates, Hingston Studio, Winkreative, Pentagram and Wallpaper*.
